Do you communicate with tenants or just owners?

Communication depends on your service tier. The Property Coordination plan focuses on owner coordination.  Operations Support plan includes vendor communication, and Tenant & Property Operations includes direct tenant communication. MainPath always works within the level of support chosen by the owner.

How is this different from property management?

MainPath provides remote coordination and administrative support rather than full-service property management. We do not collect rent, lease properties, conduct inspections, handle legal matters, or manage property finances. Our role is to help owners stay organized, informed, and on top of important tasks.

What kinds of tasks do you handle?

Tasks vary by tier plans and may include vendor scheduling, maintenance coordination, communication follow-ups, documentation tracking, and tenant coordination for higher-tier plans.

Do I still make all decisions?

Yes. You remain in full control of all decisions regarding your property. MainPath provides coordination, communication, organization, and follow-through support, while the owner maintains decision-making authority.

How is work confirmed if MainPath is remote?

When appropriate, vendors or tenants may provide updates through photos, video, invoices, written confirmation, or live video walkthroughs. MainPath helps collect, organize, and share these updates with the property owner so they remain informed about the status of ongoing work and property-related tasks.
While MainPath does not provide on-site oversight, photo documentation, video walkthroughs, invoices, and written updates can help owners maintain visibility into property-related work and activities from virtually anywhere.
